Monaco was crowned French champions for the second year in a row after winning game 4 against Paris 115-76.
After losing at home against Paris in Match 2, Monaco’s players were keen to show a different side of themselves at the Adidas Arena.
And that’s exactly what they managed to do from the start of match 4, with the help of Mike James, named MVP of the finals and once again decisive in this match.
We would like to congratulate the Paris basketball players on a season that will go down in the club’s annals: a Leaders Cup, a Eurocup and a Betclic Élite Playoffs final.
No doubt the first titles in a long series!
Congratulations to Monaco on winning the title and for an incredible season! With an exceptional run in the Euroleague despite a setback in the quarter-finals, the players were able to get back on track and offer us some stunning finals and an historic back-to-back in the club’s history.
Special mention must go to Mike James, already named Euroleague MVP of the season, and once again honoured with the title of Finals MVP. What a season!
